Models Own Aqua Violet: This is from their Beetlejuice collection. It is simply a great duo chrome blue.
Models Own Golden Green: Another one from the Beetlejuice collection. However, this is a beautiful green that would be a less costly alternative to colors like Chanel Peridot. I have full reviews & swatches coming soon on both of these polishes.
LUSH Snow Fairy: I’m loving everything about this. It smells amazing and leaves your skin not only smelling great but feeling soft and hydrated. Sadly it is a limited edition item so be sure to scoop one up soon. If you’re interested, you can read my full review here.
Sleek Acid Palette: I had originally purchased this to use this for my Halloween makeup. I’ve definitely had fun playing with these vibrant colors and this palette has definitely convinced me to wander outside the box and be a bit braver with color. Full review coming soon.
MAC Viva Glam III Lipstick: Although I picked this up in the summer, I feel that it’s definitely more suitable for the fall and winter months. So I’ve enjoyed being able to break it out more often recently. It’s a pretty dark and dramatic color and a nice alternative to, not to mention very different from the red shades I usually reach for.
MAC Studio Sculpt Concealer: I’ve been using this since September and I find it works nicely for me so far. It has a nice creamy consistency and provides good coverage.
Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner in Brown: I purchased this in black first and felt as though it was a bit too harsh for me. So I thought I would give the brown a shot and it worked out really well. I think since black seems to be the “go to” color for eye liner generally speaking that brown gets overlooked. Also, after trying various liquid and pencil eye liners, I found that I quite prefer the gel formula as it has proven to be the easiest for me to apply.
Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk: My mom was kind enough to send me this since this color isn’t available in Europe for some reason. Initially I didn’t love this color. However after working with it a bit and acquiring my MAC Mineralize Skninfisnih in Soft and Gentle, which I like to apply over Pomegranate Punk, I’ve become much more taken with it.
lots of great products there! love the shade of those polishes and I like the color tattoo too!
My sister would go nuts for the Beetlejuice polishes. Are they available in the US?
I’m not sure. They aren’t available here, I had to order directly from Models Own myself. They do ship to the US though and you can check out their shipping rates on their site at http://www.modelsownit.com/ if you’re curious. You can also find Models Own products on http://www.ninjapolish.com/home.php as well, so perhaps that might be a better route for you to take. While you’re there, check out the Mirrorball collection they just released, I snatched up the whole collection and they are really unique glitter top coats.
Ooooh! Thanks!
No problem.
Very nice favourites! I’d love to try the models own nailpolishes!:)
