My Two Cents: I was so impressed by Lady Of The Lake, which was the first of my A-England polishes that I used. The formula was amazing and went on with ease. I found that only two coats were necessary to achieve opaqueness and excellent coverage. Although I loved Lady Of The Lake upon first glance in the bottle, I fell even further in love with it once I had applied it. However, when I went outside into the natural sunlight after applying Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat could not believe my eyes because it was so crazy sparkly. Indoors it was sparkly as well but it looked silver, in sunlight the silver glitter took on a major holographic rainbow effect, which I drooled over the entire five days that I wore Lady Of The Lake.
Tips: Use a good base and top coat. I like to do thinner coats, which is what I did with this one as well, but I went slightly heavier on the second. Also, be sure to keep a good amount of product on the brush to prevent drag and unsightly streaking.
Something Similar: Color Club “Wild At Heart” was all I was able to dig up that looked similar. If you know of something feel free to let me know.
I am really looking forward to A-England’s next collection. If it is anywhere near as great as the The Legend & The Mythicals collections it certainly will not disappoint. In all honesty, I now wish I had picked up a few more colors during their sale because I’m loving the colors that I did get. As always, thanks for reading and check back soon.
